We primarily utilise Australia Post and TNT / FedEx for projectors under a 5Kg cubic weight. Additionally, we employ several reputable Courier Services, including Allied Express, Couriers Please, Cope Sensitive, Direct Freight,  Aramex / Fastway, Star Track Express, Sensitive Freight and Toll Ipec.

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the courier will either attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at the nearest pickup point. For items shipped via Australia Post, parcels will be available for collection at the closest post office.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 1-2 business days for Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast Metro, and Melbourne Metro;
  • 2-3 business days for Adelaide Metro;
  • 3-5 business days for Hobart Metro;
  • 4-6 business days for Perth and
  • 5-8 business days for Darwin.

Delivery to remote areas or for bulky items like projector screens may require additional time.

We offer free shipping for purchases over $300 within metropolitan areas of major cities, applicable to products with a cubic weight under 5Kg. However, products exceeding a cubic weight of 5Kg will be subject to freight charges. Please be aware that items such as projector screens, commercial TVs, digital signage, and other products destined for remote areas will also incur freight charges. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide insurance at no extra cost for all our shipments.

We request a non-PO Box address for delivery, as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries occur during business hours; please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If the courier's two delivery attempts fail, any subsequent redelivery will incur a charge to the buyer.

In the rare event of receiving a defective item upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days and return the item in its original packaging within 5 days.

Warranty & Return

All our products, including projectors, come with an Australian manufacturer's warranty, ensuring no grey imports. The warranty period is detailed in the product listing. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us or the manufacturer directly.

Warranty claims can be processed either through the manufacturer for quicker resolution or through us. Customers opting to contact the manufacturer directly should find the process expedited. Alternatively, we are here to assist with any warranty concerns.

    The warranty does not cover products that have been misused, tampered with, or used contrary to the provided instructions. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect selection by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our facility.

    For new items (excluding projector screens), a 10% restocking fee applies to returns initiated within 5 days. Returned products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in brand-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. We advise customers to review their selections carefully before making a purchase.

    In the event an item is confirmed as Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will arrange for a courier pickup. Should the buyer opt to use their own courier service for the return, we will reimburse a reasonable shipping amount.

    During the warranty period, if an item returned is found not to be faulty, a processing and examination fee of $85 will be charged. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    My Projectors provides general sales information and advises buyers to ensure that the product is compatible with their existing systems. We are not liable for compatibility issues and reserve the right to refuse any returns.
